No worries — we’ve got your back. If your sunglasses go MIA or get wrecked, you can score a fresh pair — same style, same color — no drama, just replacements.

Customers are responsible for a one-time processing fee of $12.50 per pair for domestic orders, or $25 per pair for international orders.

And yep, every replacement means we pull another pound of plastic from the ocean — keeping you fresh and the planet clean.

Returns and Exchanges

Not feelin’ the vibe?

No worries—we’ve got you. If your shades aren’t quite your style, you’ve got 30 days to send them back for a full refund. Just a few things to keep in mind:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition. If they show signs of wear, a $10 fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • Packaging: Please return everything, including the cloth pouch and lens cloth.

  • Final Sale Items: Mystery pairs, hard cases, sunscreen, and eyewear straps are non-returnable.

Return shipping is on us if your original order included $75+ in full-priced items. (Sale items don’t count toward this total.)

We’ve got your back (and your shades). If anything’s off due to a manufacturing defect—like a faulty hinge or lens issue—let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Just a heads-up: everyday wear and tear isn’t covered (think scratched lenses or losing them to the ocean after a backflip). But if it’s a true defect, we’ve got you—because your shades should start strong from day one.
